Dr. Hoffman
DMD, MPH, DICOI
Dr. Brian Hoffman, DMD, MPH, DICOI, brings exceptional expertise to Springfield after 18 years of award-winning practice. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and Master of Public Health, later becoming a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Hoffman chose dentistry because he wanted to blend medicine and art in a private practice setting, bringing joy through creating solutions for his patients' problems. His passion for treating complex cases has earned him recognition as one of the best dentists in Sarasota and Bradenton, Florida. Dr. Hoffman is a certified Invisalign provider and CEREC expert, completing 30-100 continuing education credits annually. He's also involved in charitable work through Project Christmas Smile and Distinctive Dental Solutions Dental Days. Outside the office, Dr. Hoffman enjoys hiking, lake life, and exploring Missouri. Most patients are surprised to learn he actually quit medical school to become a dentist—a decision that has allowed him to help thousands achieve healthier, more beautiful smiles.

Thank you for your support and loyalty over the past 35+ years. It has been my honor and privilege to provide dental care for thousands of wonderful people over the course of my career. They say time flies when you are having fun, and since it feels as though I started my practice last month, this must certainly betrue! To every season there is a purpose – and the time has come for me to slow down a bit. I genuinely love what I do—working in the dental field is more than just a job for me; it's a passion (yes, I’m that person who gets excited about teeth). Outside the office, I enjoy a well-balanced life of adventure and relaxation—whether I’m kayak fishing, crocheting something cozy, or battling it out in Fortnite. I share my days with an amazing significant other PJ and our Shih Poo, Bear, who definitely runs the household. Life’s busy, a little messy, and absolutely wonderful—just like a good flossing routine!
